I am trying to use RavenNuke Feedback and Recommend Us form.

TegoNuke is active, and the SMTP Configuration Settings is set.

When I send a Feedback, I get this message:

Mailer attempting to send...
++ Starting Swift_SmtpTransport
!! Connection could not be established with host smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com [Permission denied #13]

Should I use another Send Method?

Thanks.

I changed the Send Method to: SendMail
Sendmail Path is: /usr/sbin/sendmail -t

Mail is now being sent by the Recommend Us and Feedback form, but no mail is being received.

Mike63740,

Did you start this thread over on Raven's site? If so, your mail setup described there is not set up properly. You need to get your web host to fix that as Sendmail also uses the underlying mail transport if memory serves me.

Now, with SMTP, if you can make a connection from a local mail client on your PC, such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc., then use the same settings you used for that for TegoNuke(tm) Mailer in order to make the outgoing SMTP connection to the mentioned Yahoo service. In this case, it isn't the send method, but how you are setting it up.

I am going to lock this thread as it was originally started over here. Let us continue the conversation there so the full context is retained.
