When Html Newsletter is clicked on in the Navigation Menu the page comes back blank unless a user is logged in. Directs to this page..
sitename.com/modules.php?name=HTML_Newsletter

Is there a way to make this visible to all visitors?

You would need to set the module access permissions so the module can be seen by all visitors from the main *nuke administration are like you do with every other module that is installed.

Set up some newsletter categories.

When you create your newsletters, select from the options under "Who do you want the Newsletter to be sent to?"
Select 'All site visitors' if you don't want to send the newsletter by email and only want it to appear on the site.
I have not used this module for a while but I think that provided the newsletter is not assigned to the default category **Unasigned** then all visitors can access the Newsletters from the module if you have so set any other permissions.
