well that was stupid..... 
when i uploaded it after the edits i probably was to fast and instead of going into the includes the actual includes folder got uploaded into includes.... hope that ... |

im saying that the simple index.html index.php rewrite works...... that was just to prove / show that mod_rewrite was on. so why shortlinks isnt working is a mistery... |

| well mod_rewrite is on...
thats why its so weird.... it must be working cause i put in simple rule : RewriteRule ^index.html index.php [L] and that works... |
