June 5, 2005: Corrected issue with block and 3.0 patchset changes

Version 1.2 Enhancements and Fixes:

• Added extensive permissions model based on who the letter was sent to.
  
• Added NSN Groups integration.
  
• Added newsletter categories for better newsletter organization within the block and module.
  
• Added ability to post a newsletter to the web site for all visitors to see (i.e., no email)
  
• Added support for Latest Reviews.
  
• Added extensive administrative functions.
